In light of the recent news that COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic by the WHO, RGAC Awana has been observing the situation closely, as well as praying over the best course of action that would protect the health and safety of Awana children, parents, and leaders. Therefore, it is with sadness that we must inform you that RGAC Awana club nights will be on hold indefinitely, until the situation improves. We will notify parents and guardians when Awana resumes again.
COVID-19 has posed a tremendous challenge to many communities around the world. With the growing fear and uncertainty, it is important to note that anyone - regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, or age - can contract and transmit this virus. As the Church, we cannot allow discrimination of any single demographic or people group. Instead, where fear breeds, show love; when uncertainty rises, find hope in Christ; as the daily struggle continues, pray harder than ever. Thank you for joining us in keeping our communities safe and healthy.

Awana's mission is to empower the local church with biblical, relevant and easy to use discipleship programs. We come along side you to train and support the vision of you church's children's, youth and parent ministries. We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is supernaturally inspired, so that it is inerrant in the original manuscripts and preserved by God in its verbal and plenary inspiration, so that it is a divinely authoritative standard for every age and every life. (Matthew 5:18; 1 Corinthians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)
